This is what the site says...
70% CHance of Average Sun: Ave Sun (Average Sunshine) column gives an overall account of how much sun you should see during that day.

6%Prob Cloudy (or Probability Cloudy), is an indication of the chance that the day will have overcast skies.

22% Probablity of Sun--column tells how often the date occurs with clear skies.

'Taking these factors into account, we feel that the day most likely to not have rain is Aug 5, 2005 Looks like the white stuff doesn\'t happen on the days you have selected - you can choose any day on your list and be fairly certain that you will not see snow then.'

I would hope that I would not see snow on August 5th, then we would have a big problem, but then again, No one would ever forget that date
