To Website or not to Website? That is the question...
FH is giving me a hard time about making a wedding website. I feel like there is a fine line between having something that is cute and informative and something that is completely over the top.
I think it would be an easy way to keep guests updated on important things like travel arrangements and hotel and registry info.
Thoughts?
Are you doing a website?

Re: Website? or No Website??
I think it helps the guests with location and times of the ceremony, RH, etc... especially OOT guests.
Also, you can use it as a 2nd form of RSVP's.
I haven't started mine yet, but I plan on it soon.

Re: Website? or No Website??
put the website on your save the dates so more people can check it out!
i'm using wedding wire and i plan on putting the address in my save the date.
i think it's worth it esp if you have alot of out-of-town guests. they can start their planning ahead of time!
plus, its fun!

I made a website, but I guess you might consider mine over the top! I made it on shutterfly and it's more interactive than one you could do on a wedding site. A few have looked at it so far and left comments in a guest book we have on it! I have maps, links, and a calendar. LOL. I like to make things really easy for people. It's also where we will post photos and our guests can post photos too. I've been trying to get my family to all use shutterfly and set up share sites for a few years now. LOL.

We're not doing a website. We're both so busy and I would rather spend my time working out or planning the wedding lol

I plan on doing a website because I want to save on postage for RSVPs but that's just me. Congrats to whatever you choose :)

I used weddingwire.com. It was really easy and it's seoparated into pages so if people want just info they can get it. Also, if they want to read every gushy detail, they can do that too
