why all of a sudden when i hit reply to a certain persons message is it not putting a copy of what they wrote before my response?

are you using 'reply' or 'quote?' hitting quote should copy their text into your message.

i was hitting reply, i thought i was always hitting reply..maybe i didnt notice....ok i'll try quote thanks
