I have mixed feelings about this place. Yes, they cleaned my dress very well. But I was unhappy with how they packaged it. My dress is a very full ballgown and when they initially sent me the box I was supposed to use to ship my dress to them, it was way too small for my dress. I called them and explained the problem. They told me to send the dress to them in my own box. I finally found a box suitable to ship my dress and I attached a note stating that I did not want my dress stuffed into a box that is too small. And although they did send it back in a bigger box than they normally use, it was still too small. My dress is literally crammed into this box with the bodice being smashed. And on top of this, my cathedral length veil also came rolled up like a ball in the box along with the dress. I felt that at the very least they could have filled the bodice with tissue or whatever to build it up so it didn't get crushed. I was enraged when I saw they way my dress came back.
