Hi girls. My wedding is a month away! So, I was wondering, do I have to call all the vendors to set up payments, final instructions, etc., or do they call you? I am really hoping they will just call me....I can't even keep track of who I would have to call at this point. Ugh this is a little overwhelming - there aren't enough hours in the day...

i called most of mine, my reception hall sent me a letter.
Make appointments with: DJ Photographer Videographer Florist Confirm hair & make up over phone
I'm sure there are more, but its a start!

I would call them because you want that peace of mind...I am going to call mine even though I am already so tired of phone calls lol....!!!

Definately call, you want to make sure everyone is on the same page, and knows what time to be there.

I made calls to all my vendors to set up final appointments. I just wanted to get it out of the way, I didn't want to wait to hear from them a week before the wedding.

ditto. if you don't get any letters in the mail--i would just call and touch base and that way YOU can make an appt. that is best for you--vs. them calling you randomly and you have to figure out what your schedule is

I know it seems so overwhelming! I wish I could tell you that all vendors will call you and you don't have to worry about a thing!!! However, that is not the case 99% of the time. I would place a phone call to each one to get the final next steps so that you don't have to worry about missing a beat on your big day.

The only vendor that called me was my videographer.....but he also called to wish me and FH a merry christmas and happy vday!
