Wedding at CLM
So as promised heres my review of CLM from a friends wedding on saturday evening..
Well let me first start off by saying..what a gorgeous place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand why all you CLM brides booked there! its gorgeous inside and out, well kept up and immaculate! very elegant with a beautiful view of the great south bay!!!
The yaucht arrival was amazing..all of the guests loved it and it was a unique way to bring the bride and groom into the cocktail hour!
Cocktail hour: Food and service was excellent!!!! Bartender was great and quick making drinks! The only minor complaint I had was some of the foods offered were a little cold (but maybe thats because it was the first batch before a new one was put out???)
Reception: She had the wedding in the room upstairs (the smaller one) ..it was a gorgeous room...
I had the Chateau Briand for dinner..OUTSTANDING!! cooked exactly how i asked (which is hard..usually i order steak rare) ...it was delicious! loved the idea also of bringing out lemon ice before the main course to clean your palate (i've never seen that done before)! The service again was excellent..they were there whenever we needed and checked in to make sure everyone was ok! The cake was awesome!!!!! chocolate filling (i think it was clms cake???)
the dj used was unlimited entertainment which was great and kept everyone dancing!
all in all the wedding was awesome and we had a great time!!!
