The couple is older, about 60, on their 2nd or 3rd marriages, they have a lot of $$, have 2 houses, and forgot to give Anthony or I anything at the bridal shower and our wedding.
They are really like that - forgetful! So what do I give them today?? $$ (they have plenty)a gift? (they didnt give us anything)
If I went empty handed I'd feel bad. Any ideas? Maybe a cheaper gift?

I would give a donation in their honor to the charity of your choice. Tax write off for you and it will still be a gift for them.

I would personally give them a nice card and 'forget the check' inside!!
But if you want to be nice, maybe stop off and ge tthem a gift certificate to dinner ($50).

I think this is a nice and classy idea. Gift certificate for dinner would be nice too.

I just got my aunt a photo frame from Lenox - they have a great sale at the TAnger outlets.
Have fun at Danfords - my aunt's wedding was yesterday on the Martha Jefferson paddle boat, and there was a wedding at Danford's too...but the weather was miserable The boat couldn't even leave the dock

I can't believe someone FORGOT to give a bride and groom a gift. I agree with an earlier poster.... I'd forget theirs too.
