I have been seeing, reading and hearing a lot about girls wearing their engagement ring on their right hand and wedding band on the left so that they can have a a unique style for both. What do you think of the idea and what do you all plan on doing?

I've actually been shopping around for wedding bands just to get ideas and all of the jewelers I have met with said the same thing. A lot of girls now are wearing the ering on their right hand. I think that's what I'm going to do if I can't find a perfect match to my ering.

My ering and wedding band don't match but they look really good together- so I wear them togther.

I think its going to be hard to find a band that goes with my ring but I want to wear them together if I can. I know a lot of people where them seperate but I like them together

I'm actually doing that, but a bit different...Fh bought me 2 bands to go with my Ering which I wear now and it does kinda look like I'm already married...but I found my wedding ring that is totally different than anything I've seen and I fell in love with it!! I'm going to wear that one on my right hand because my e ring is an eternity band and does not fit on my right hand and cannot be resized...

i looked at your e pics - my e ring is almost exactly the same as yours. i found an eternity band that goes very well at fortunoff's. it's a little different than a normal eternity band...it's got an antique-y feel to it

my mom has a stand-alone e-ring and wears it on her right hand, and wears a totally different looking wedding band on her left.
I like the look of both on one hand, so when DH asked me what kind of e-ring I'd like I thought in terms of what kind of e-ring and wedding band I'd like to wear together.

Im wearing both on 1 hand...heres my logic..if i have one free hand i'll have room for a 3rd ring on the other (possibly aniversary if im lucky)

I'm going to wear them both on my left hand together. My jeweler is gonna find a perfect match for my e-ring since it's kinda different looking and then mold it to fit perfectly with it (cuz of the shape of the e-ring)

Sometimes I wear mine together but often I wear them separately. I also chose a wedding band that looked good on its own without the e-ring because sometimes I go out wearing only the band.

I wear mine both together on my left. with the wedding band on the inside because it's closest to my heart. They're a matching set so it looks better on teh same hand anyway.

i personally dont like the idea at all of seperating it between both hands. i like the tradition of wearing them on the same hand.
plus im a righty and to wear my ering on my right hand is just bad news. i would bang it everywhere

I am wearing together. I advised FH when getting the ring.....make sure it is something we can match with wedding ring.

I would love to get a band (or two) that go on the left hand with my e-ring. In my album I have a pic of the wedding band I would get if I chose to go with one. But I have also thought about wearing two thin diamond bands one on each side. Dunno which I like better yet.
I want to wear them together becuase I love wearing other rings on my left hand. I have a sizeable collection on rings with other types of stones.
