Does anyone know about how many characters you can get engraved on a wedding band? TIA!

i would try to call up a jeweler..im sure it depends on how wide the band is, along with what size it is..

I thin it depends on the size of the band. Definitely ask the person who you will bring the rings to. I have seen rings that have a decent sized phrase.

Totally depends on the band. I had 26 including spaces on DH's band and it is not small where you can't read it at all. Very easy to read.

it depends on the size of the writing- we thought we could fit a lot more than what we were told. We had to pay to have them engraved with teeny letters on my rign because there wasnt much room and the engraver had to move the stamp so that he could fit it!!
My husbands says 'ever thine, ever mine' in normal letters, and mine says 'ever ours' in the TEENIEST letters you've ever seen!!!
They kept telling us to just get our initials or the date but we didnt want to! They did a great job!
