I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good band priced between $5,000 and $7,000. I've already seen Heart and Soul and Code Bleu, and I just want to see if there are any others to check out before we decide.
TIA

Re: Wedding Band Help
I went to a wedding of a friend of mine and they used: Skyline of Skyline Orchestras www.skylineorchestras.com
They were fantastic. I am not sure of their cost though.

Re: Wedding Band Help
I just had my wedding and I HIGHLY recommend Elite Club by Elite music. Dance floor was packed, people that didn't dance were on the floor and everyone raved about the band.
I was 100% satisfied and can't say enough good things about them.

ARCADIA!!! They are so great and i saw them perform @ my friend's wedding. Gus is awesome. We booked them right after we got engaged. I work in music and i'm sooo picky about bands. I heard them perform 'crazy in love' and 'hey ya' and was totally blown away.

Re: Wedding Band Help
Not sure what kind of band you want, but I have heard Time Square Orchestera was great from a few people. I am having an Italian american band. MGM. They are slighly more that the 7k. I went to see two other bands Mirage and ADA. I liked ADA, they were nice and in your range. The female vocal was great, but they are a matter of taste. Good luck. the band was my most stessful choice.

No matter what band you use - the more people/instruments/singers you have the more expensive it gets.
So if you love a certain band, if you take out one singer, or one horn, you should be able to manage a 5K -7K budget.

Yes, you can sometimes get them for less if you remove an instrument, but you can still get great 9-piece bands for around $5k. I did.
