My FH is a mechanic and says that hes not going to wear his wedding band, cause he uses his hands all day...im completely okay with that, it means i can spend less $ on a sterling silver band for the ceremony...but i want to get him something with the same significance of a wedding band (no jewelry), something that he can have on him at all times....does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Mine is a mechanic also and wants to bands. 1 for work, like tianium,sp, and white gold for off days. I know off some peole that tatoo a band around the ring finger but, other then that I am clueless. Sorry

The only thing I can think of is a ring tattoo. I am totally kidding btw but that is the first thing that popped in my head

We were going to get him 2 bands as well.. A titanium one for work, he is a mechanic also, and a gold one for off days and nights.... But I might just get him the tattoo.... I love the idea, always have.... We shall see LOL
