I was thinking of that but nervous about the cost. Perhaps I can wear my ring on my right hand and find a band that has as much character as my e-ring.

I'm having mine custom made - it's only costing me $500, or thereabouts, which is far less than anything I found in a store. Custom jewelry is not necessarily as expensive as you might think.

If you are in Suffolk, you should go to Dorothy's Fine Jewelry in Sayville. She is really good and can make anything you wanmt. She also has several rings on display that are antique looking like yours.

to custom make the wedding band is not too much $$. I went to a few jewelers and got a few price quotes and they were all in the $900-950 for a platinum band with diamonds in it
I had an antique looking e-ring made I don't want to take anything away from it some I'm just going back to my jeweler and getting a thin diamond eternity band and wearing my e-ring on my right hand.

you can always have it specially made..what about elsa?? they do wedding bands to compliment your e-ring! your ring is gorgeous btw
I was thinking about having it made. I really love my e-ring and don't want to cover up the filigree so I will probably wear it on my right hand. I actually found 3 stackable bands today at lord and taylor that are antique and gorgeous.
i didnt use them but fh cousin is a wedding planner/doc and she always recommends Elsa, honestly if i didnt find one where fh got my e-ring we would have gone there. i spoke with them a few times and have seen samples of the work they do at showcases and stuff and they are really good. good luck with everything!
