Did anyone else have a hard time deciding on a wedding band?
I went last weekend with FH, and I'm having damnably hard time finding a band that would look good with my engagement ring. It's a three stone future, past, and present ring with a high setting.

I went to my jeweler and he told me that my engagement ring was too big and gaudy to put a band with, so I will be getting one to wear on my right hand.

I had a difficult time picking out a band. Nothing looked good with my ring. I had one custom made. I thought I was going to love it. I did at first, but I hate it with my ring!!! I ended up secretly looking for another ring. I found one and purchased it this week. Some girls are 2 dress girls and I am a 2 ring girl:)

Yeah, I'm surprised I'm having a harder time finding a band than I did my wedding dress.

I can't believe he told you that! Tact goes a long way. I'll probably end up doing the same thing though, and wear my band on the other hand.
Are any of them like your ring? Check out that whole website - there are like a billion settings!!!

i chose my ring fairly quickly ... but now i'm second-guessing myself ... good thing it's not officially ordered yet so i can go take another look and decide

my ring is princess cut with two trillions on the side. I got my band specially made from Elsa. It has trillions that interlock going half way around.

hahaha for some reason I love that he said that! see, your ring must be freaking awesome, so take THAT jeweler.
anyway...so my friend had this HUGE gaudy ring...and NOTHING fit it...she went to Elsa's and had something made as well. They even made a comment about it. lol
I have to insert this...and don't get offended bc I'm bashing my own people, but damn, we Russians (my friend mentioned above and my family) are gaudy and tacky. lol rant over.

Sort of. Apparently, I have an unusually small finger and the jeweler said you dont want a band that is going to take away from my engagement ring. Although, I did see one I really liked so Im good to go.
