Tradionally yes
But some couples choose to
share ALL the wedding cost.
incuding the rings.
It all depends on the budget !!

we both put an equal amt into the 'wedding fund acc't' every month. from that we will pay for anything wedding related.... dress, bands, HM, etc. so we will be splitting everything.
