That is not weird at all! I know many people who have used the e-ring as their wedding ring as well. There isn't a band to go with my ring either, but I am being selfish and getting a band anyway and just plan to wear them on seperate fingers.
BTw- I just looked at your ring pictures and it is really neat! I can see why you shouldnt have a band with it- you dont want it to:
1. be too much or
2. take away from the e-ring.

Have you considered having a jeweler custom make your band to match your e-ring?
I'm wearing my engagement ring as my wedding ring, my fiance does not like jewelry or rings even if it is a wedding ring. We're happy with our choices! I think my engagement ring is enough. I don't have to be like everyone else.

EXACTLY! I am worried about it being too much, i am a TINY girl, i dont want all this bling on my finger!!!! PLus i dont want to take away form the e-ring, exactly!!!!
I am just worried, like what are we gonna do when the ring boy walks down, he will just have FH's ring? or should i take mine off and have him put it on me agian? hahaha...so confusing!

Your e-ring is gorgeous but I really think you will regret it if you dont' get a wedding ring too.... your ring is very intricate and the stone is very big... it's not a very practical ring.... perhaps you can get a simple wedding bad for the wedding day... and for all those days when you will need or want to wear something simple... you know when you'll be changing diapers, gardening, cooking, etc. etc.
I would get a simple band as my wedding band...JMO
My SIL has a wedding band but doesn't wear on her left hand because it takes away from her E-ring. She wearings here wedding band on her right hand instead.

Thanks so much everyone!! I think eventually we will get a band for me...right now its also a big money issue...so im sure eventually ill get something small and probably wear it on my other hand! You guys are so helpful! i love it!!!

Mine too, he HATES jewelry! i have to force him to wear the wedding band hahaa. he is too hot to be ring-less! ;)
So, what are you doing with the ring pillow and ring boy and such...are you just having him put your ring back on?
