What price is too much? I plan to get two. One plain one and one diamond. How much should I be spending on mine? And also......I'm sure we all have our ways of paying for things for the wedding with FH but are you supposed to be buying eachothers ring? splitting the cost, you pay for yours, he pays for his?

I got two bands...both had diamonds going all the way around...I think we spent close to $4000 for both bands and FH's. The stones were pretty big in my second band and they were near flawless to match my band...so depending on your stone sizes it may be more or less.

we bought plain 14k white wedding bands from the diamond district...mine was small (i think 2mm) and FH's was much larger (~6 mm) for a grand total of $300

You guys did great on pricing, i am getting 2, both custom, the one to fit my E ring wont be done in time. So we are only going with our matching bands, we both have diamonds all the way around on both sides, i know sounds strange but will upload a photo soon, mine was $2800and his was $3200. I know crazy but they came out amazing, and we are only doing this once! He gets a second plain platinum band for work though.

We went to my FH's family jeweler where FH got my e-ring. He's doing my wedding ring w/ diamonds in platinum and FH's ring in platinum for 1800 each and they retail for over $4000, so it's a good hook up
