Wedding Bands

Where have you guys looked? Post your pics if you'd like to share. I could use some ideas.

I am picking mine up in 2 weeks. My jeweler called and said they were done! I had mine custom made with diamonds & baguettes in platinum to match my e ring.
My FH got a brushed platinum with shine on the sides. I can't wait to see my finished product!!!!

John's is something like on the left:

what kind/style of e-ring to do have?

I wanted to get a platinum channel set diamond band. We were getting quoted anywhere between $700-2,000 depending on the size of the diamonds.

I basically was having a freak attack b/c we were so broke and I couldn't stand to spend more money. We were moving, i'm in grad-school, he's in undergrad, etc and I was crying to my Grandma one day about how I didn't know how we were gonna get rings, afford xmas, pay bills, move, etc and she asked me if I wanted her wedding band.

I didn't know what she was talking about because I always saw her with a gold wedding band. Well, turns out that when she married my Grandpa she had a platinum set & a gold band. She only wore the platinum set for special occassions and now the band doesn't fit -i think the engagement ring has long since been sold :(.

I had no idea what the ring looked like until the wedding day. It's a platinum fishtail setting with 9 diamonds accross the top. The ring was hand made and is inscribed 'Always Yours 1/2/54'... I hope some of their good luck rubs off on us!

At first I didn't think I could wear them together b/c the style of my e-ring is very different than the old fashioned fishtail setting.. but now, I love it- I love the way the old & new look together and I get many compliments.
