Wedding bands

Has anyone gotten their wedding bands yet? Do you know what type you want?

My FH bought me an engagement ring from Kay jewelers that has a matching wedding band. My mom told me I should get 2 wedding bands. An everyday one and the one from Kay. My FH just wants a plain band since he tried on one with diamonds but decided it was too feminine for him. Just wanted to get everyone's ideas on wedding bands

my FH got my Ering at a jeweler who is probably gonna match my wedding band to that. I'm not getting 2. I can't wear rings to work anyway and I usually don't wear them if i'm doing housework or stuff like that, so i don't think there is a need for 2.

he hasn't decided what he wants yet, but i think he's gonna go for a nice gold band, probably no diamonds.

I am on the fence about this....
my mom has 2, one with diamonds and then a simple one for everyday wear... but i don't know if I want to do this. Because then the one with the diamonds just sits forever and never gets worn.. so I don't know yet!!

I'm getting too one has diamonds, one plain. At first I did not want to do that but now I'm finding I won't even wear my engagment ring all the time because I'm worried abotu smacking it around. So I'm going to ge the diamond one to match my ring which I plan to wear as much as possible and the plain one for every other time.

FH is not a jewelry person at all but he says he plans on wearing his ring. We're going to go with a tungsten one, which is his first choice, or just a plain white gold one.

I plan on getting 2 also. My grandmother wants to pass down her wedding band, but it doesn't match my e-ring. It is a vine/floral design, and with my ring it doesn't look good. While I do love the gesture and am honored, I only plan to wear that ring when going to family functions. It's an heirloom, and I don't want to take a chance on something happening to it. FH and I will go together to pick out my everyday one that will match.

There is a matching band with my e-ring but it has the indent to match up with my pave ring so I couldn't wear the wedding band alone...

For that reason, I want two lol...but maybe I'll ask for it for our 1st anniversary

i picked out a crazy pave band that doesn't completely match my e ring. I'm wearing it on my left hand and my e ring on my right once I'm married.

I'm doing the same thing. I felt like I was too limited if I wanted to match the band to my ering. So I got something different that I LOVE. (I still need to post pics)

we went to the diamond district in nyc. So many options, and you can bargain!

FH got my ring custom built so i dont have a matching band for it nor do i know what band to go for. I've been trying to hint to him that he should get my wedding band custom built but he's not going for it

my FH already purchased my wedding band. it's currently in the process of getting made.. so i'm excited about that.

we're still working on his though. we may just get him a band from the same company as my ering...

The style he wants costs close to $3000 lol, I am going to **** it up though...I really do want him to love his ring.
