You dont have to answer but i was just curious about how much wedding bands cost and if we spent the right amount. My mom says we spent alot.

we paid 1330 for both our custom made bands, mine has 12 channel set certified princess diamonds and FH has custom band he saw in magazine

THanks! i feel better now. We paid $1400 for ours- mine was custom made and my mom made me feel like it was way too much but i didnt think so. thanks again!

His was $1000, but it has 9 pretty big diamonds on it, and mine was $2,000 but it has diamonds everywhere on it and its custom fit to my ring.

We paid about $1400 inc. tax for both....mine has 10 princess cut channel set diamonds in platinum, and FH has a benchmark tungsten carbide ring....I think we got a good deal b/c mine was appraised at $2419 alone!

ours will be close to 2k..mine is princess cut channel set (1ct ) to match my ering..his is a artcaved (and damn i forgot the material)

It really depends on what you get. White gold or platinum, diamonds or plain band.
My matching wedding band alone cost over $2000.

Our rings were appraised at about $4500. We got the engagement ring, and both wedding bands as a complete set with tax and shipping from the property room auction for $325. My FH paid for it with the new quarters he was saving for years. I had not seen the engagement ring until he gave it to me. He waited for awhile because he wanted to get a better diamond for the ring and was embarrassed. I told him not to worry, it wasn't important to me. Let me tell you the comments I had gotten on the ring has made him feel much better. I forgot the carat info on it though.

We spent aout 1100 total. Mine I bargained down to 750 and his was around 200....I felt like I over paid even with the bargaining, but it fit perfect, and went great with my e-ring.

We both didn't want diamonds so we ended up spending about $600 each- pictures are in my album- they are yellow and white 14k gold with diamond cuts in them- both DH and I love them and they're so unique in design.
Btw- they both match because DH and I wanted matching bands.
