Wedding Bands Engraving

How many of you are engraving your wedding bands? FH and I purchases our bands last night from Kay's and we're waiting for them to come and make sure the size is correct before we engrave them, and they were both on sale, so we made out really well!

I thought of getting xx & xx 09-16-06 on each ring, but I don't know if I should use my last name or my married name. What do you all think?

I wouldn't put last names at all - just first names.

hello date twin!! personally i wouldnt use last names....if you want to put names at all, i'd go for first. and defninitely the date....

i am getting my ering enrgraved to say 'will you? 02/19/05' and my w-ring to say 'i do....9/16/06'

We got our wedding bands engraved. In his band is my first name with our wedding date and in my band is his name with our wedding date.

I got my FH's ring engraved to say 'With all that I am'

I don't know what he is engraving in mine... It will be a surprise!

if it fits, we'd like to but in 1 'i am my beloved's' and in the other 'and my beloved is mine'

but that may be too long, so in that case we'll probably just use transliterated hebrew 'ani l'dodi' and 'v'dodi li'
