We are having alot of truble finding a band that isn't cheesy. We are looking for a band that plays a variety of different music, isnt cheesy, and doesnt have really old band members. Any suggestions?

I saw Vision at the LI Weddings bridal show and they were really good. I spoke to them and they charge 6700 for 5 hours (CH and reception)

We hired Soul Revival and they are great. Plus they are all younger (which FH and I liked also). I just saw that someone else mentioned that they are having a showcase, which would be a great way to see them perform. Their info is: www.soulrevivalband.com

My band was young and hipster---no old members at all. But not such a variety of song, they played songs that a cover band would play and didn't attempt to do R&B, rap, etc.
If you are looking for something different (we got so many compliments about our band) check out Dexter Lake Club Band.

Check out East Coast Band, we hired them and we love them. They play at a lot of bars in the city and on LI. It gives you a chance to go out and see them in action and not all those cheesy showcases. We saw them 4 times before we booked them and will probably go see them soon because they are so much fun!
They also do a great job of getting everyone involved because they have wireless mics, they dance and move around the dance floor while singing.

We used Soul Revival at our wedding two weeks ago and they were awesome! FM for details-we are still getting compliments on the music!

We looked at Code Blue and Vision...
ended up with Code Blue. Check both out- they weren't cheesy they are awesome! Can't wait for the day!

Timepiece! A Franklin Wayne band. I wanted a group that wasn't full of old people trying to sing 'young people' music. They have a really good mix. And they're really energetic.
