How far in advance did you order your wedding bands? I'm 5 months away...do I need to get cracking on this?

it depends if they need to be special ordered or custom engraved or custom made. I think it took about 3 months for ours to come in and then get them engraved.

We had ours custom designed and engraved and the whole process took about 6 weeks.

my w-ring was custom made and took several months to create. so you shouldn't wait too much longer unless you know you can buy it on the spot.

being that i picked mine up 2 days before the wedding (just in time) i would do it ASAP...
we messed up our custom order...and they rushed to make new custom rings right before the wedding...

We were super early and did this about 6 months before our wedding. It took us about a month to find what we wanted and we both ended up buying our wedding rings at Fortunoff and we both love them!
