Hi did anyone have their wedding a the beginning of May. How was the weather? Do you regret the decision?

Mine is the very beginning and I'm not worried either way. We'll be inside most of the time. It can pour in June and July too, you know?

My cousin's wedding was May 2 at Majestic Gardens, she had a beautiful morning and coctail hour the reception it rained. but I'm sure she didn't regret having it then.

I've attended several weddings in early May. Most had beautiful days, one had some rain and clouds.
My birthday is also in early May and the weather has been anywhere from 85 and sunny to cold and rainy. The end of May is the same -- I've spent several rainy and cold memorial day weekends in the Hamptons and one as a BM (at Magestic Gardens, btw) that was so hot the outdodor ceremony and CH were unbearable.

You never know. I went to a wedding in April a few years ago that was gorgeous. The following year, I had one on the same weekend and it poured and was frigid. Though I would love to have a beautiful day, you can't bank on or control the weather so pick the time of year you like and just cross your fingers!

My wedding is at the beginning of May too. It's so unpredicatable, I'm not even worrying about it. A few years ago my cousin got married and she 'had to have' a july wedding. Needless to say, her day was the crappiest weather. My sister on the other hand, didn't care that she was getting married in early october, and ended up with the most perfect summer day including 80 degree weather!

I got married April 30th (not may but close to may) and had a beautiful day! the next 2 days were still as beautiful, we had a BBQ in my house with my whole family. We couldn't ask for better weather!
