I bought bells at a 99c store, they are from a favor company, about 3 or 4' high, very cute. Anyway, if you got those, you would only have to buy a couple per table, unlike the tiny ones.

I got the bigger ones, they came with a card too, but not a ribbon. I got them on clearance, I paid about 40 bucks for 200 of them including shipping.

I also got our bells at Oriental Trading - with S&H about $22 for 150, preassembled w/card & ribbon. The size & sound are perfect for us. We got gold bells
