I don't know if this helps you, but I know that the Thatched Cottage in Centerport runs deals in the Winter (January, February I think) that is $10K for everything for 100 people. I know it includes flowers, cake, dj, not sure about photographer. HTH

Ariana Waterfall does a package like that as well. They actually have a few and it's not just for the winter.

My wedding was 75 people for $12k (including honeymoon). I know that's 50 less people, but some things that helped me bring down the price were:
-Having a January wedding right after the holidays (worked out great for everyone's schedules!). -Noon weddings = much cheaper. In the winter, it's esp. nice because they come when it's still light out and leave when it's dark. I LOVED everything about having a noon wedding. -BARGAINING!

I think Mediteranean Manor has all inclusive for under 10,000 also.

I always hear on the radio the brentwood country club for under 10k--- goodluck!
