I'm starting to look around for a bakery for our wedding cake...I know I have plenty of time, but better early than late. We plan on having a cheesecake wedding cake.
We met with Thomas at Audrey's this weekend - he was great! We just want to look at a couple other places as a point of comparison.
Does anyone else have any suggestions of bakeries - preferably in Suffolk - that you have used for your wedding cakes? If so, please post your pix too!
Thanks!

Re: Wedding Cake - Bakery Suggestions???
I'm not married yet but i know people that have used create a cake and/or Benkert's (same owners) and it was excellent. We're using them for E party. They are located in the centereach area. I know East wind uses Rolling Pin. Not sure of location. Definitely in Suffolk though!!!

You can try the Rolling Pin Bakery in Setauket. They are located in the King Kullen shopping center and they make terrific cakes! I know they do the cakes for brides at the Meadow Club.

Black Forest Bakery in Lindenhurst. I know Timber Point CC uses them for their cakes. I've gone there for regular cakes and they are delicious!

Wow, they must have changed, they used Audrey's when I got married! I loved our Audrey's cake, and Thomas was great to work with.

How do you know what flavors go together? I have never tasted some of the flavors I have as a choice at Jericho Terrace and I can't imagine them blended together.

We used Black Forest Bakery for our cake- and it was excellent. We also used Audrey's for our grooms cake for the RD and that was simply amazing!
