What are some cake flavors everyone has done? We know we want a yellow cake and we want the different tiers to have different flavors. ANy different ideas out there?

this is the type of set-up we're going with (not exaclty, but you get the idea)... so each cake can be different
mmmm, wedding cake...I'm a traditionalist...ours was yellow cake w/ chocolate fudge and raspberry mousse fillings...and it was the best stinken' cake I've ever had....if I do say so myself

We are doing pineapple filling with coconut creme in a vanilla cake. I hope it tastes good, but even if it doesnt we wanted to try something different from the ordinary flavors and its our favorite flavor ice cream.
