For the brides who got married at San Souci in Glen Cove where was your cake from and how was it? My friend is getting married there and the bakery they supposedly work with want to charge her $50 for a cake tasting! I think thats a little crazy considering when I got married my tasting was free from Campbells in Brentwood. So I was wondering would you say the cakes are good from the bakery they work with? She doesnt want to cough up $50 for a tasting on top of all the other money shes already spending on the wedding. Any input would be very helpful!

I didn't pay for tasting....but we only chose like two flavors
They used Macayla Michaels for us

ii don't remember the bride's name on here, but I specificaly rememer it being mentioned how phenomenal the cake was from Sans Souci.

I had my wedding at Sans Souci and the cake was amazing!!! We didn't do the tasting and just winged it. I have no idea which bakery they used, but we were very happy. We had the carrott cake with cream cheese frosting. All the best to you on your wedding day!
