Sometimes I worry about these fancy groom's cakes and wedding cakes--it must take SO much time to decorate that the cake MUST get stale.

I LOVE Mike's Amazing Cakes (click link to see amazing cakes). If I lived in Seattle, there would be NO way that I wouldn't get one of his cakes for my wedding. From hearing him talk on the food network, it sounds like he makes his cakes pretty close to the event.

i haven't seen this yet but i've seen commercials. it looks awesome. i wonder if i can get FH to watch it even though it's wedding related. he loves to watch the show on the food network about that cake shop - has anyone seen that one?
