try finding out who the bakery is....maybe by upgrading the cake you will like it better, and not have to pay as much as going with a completely different bakery?
Do you not like the taste of the cake, or the designs that are included in your package?
i am using an outside place...the taste of the bakery my RH uses is great, they use dortoni's but i was more concerned with shape. The shape im doing is not traditional at all and not alot of places will be able to do it. Our Rh had no problem with this

They shouldn't give you a problem with using an outside vendor; your package price doesn't change. Once we find out what bakery works with our RH we are probably going to want to pay a little more to upgrade our cake.
