WEDDING CAKES

Hey girls. So..what kind of cake is everyone having? We decided to have white cake with canoli filling. (with the chocolate chips)

we haven't decided on the filling yet... but it will definitely be a chocolate cake!

We're having the same, but we're also getting vanilla pudding in every other layer.

bottom two teirs for guests is vanilla cake w/ strawberry fruit filling and chocolate mousse and top for us is chocolate cake w/ same fillings.

i LOVE canoli filling, that would have been my choice but i wasnt sure about most of our guests liking it.

Bottom Tier- Pistachio cake with cream cheese filling
Second tier- Vanilla cake with fresh strawberry Preserves, real strawberries and whipped cream
Third tier- Hazelnut cake with sweatcream filling
fourth tier- (take home) Pistachio again!

French Buttercream Frosting

We kept the inside of the cake pretty boring to appeal to as many people as possible, white cake with one layer of vanilla mousse and one layer of chocolate mousse

4 tier Cake w/altering flavors
2 tiers: Chocolate cake w/hazelnut and mocha cream filling
2 other tiers: Yellow cake w/strawberry,vanilla, and rasberry filling

Mine will be Philly Fluff (a combination of pound cake and chessecake with a layer of chocolate mouse) Yum!

We're having chocolate outside and inside. I know one filling will definitely be cannoli w/chips (FH's pic).

They messed up my cake. IT was SUPPOSED to be red velvet cake with raspberry mousse on one layer and napolean cream and fresh berries on the 2nd layer. They got the look right and the filling right... but they did white cake.

But it was still tasty!
