I was like that the first 3 months I started looking at cakes. Your not picky, when you find the one, you'll know
The first one (chocolate ganache) will be my cake!

Wow those are some gorgeous cakes ladies.

This is what I want my cake to look like but with more layers. It's kinda holiday themed though.

find out if they use an outside baker or they make it in house- if they use outside baker see if you can get a look at some of the cakes they have made recently- may give you a little idea of what they can and cant do style wise..
