maybe you can try searching for something more generic on ebay like 'custom wedding cardbox' and see if you can find someone there who can make the apple idea for you......you'd be surprised how crafty thos ebayers are!!

I just purchased the bird cage...I like it because I can decorate it the way I wan too... I am getting married in the spring, and it ties in with the theme...Go on E-Bay...They have really unique ones there...

I had this and bought it at: www.jeanmessentials.com it was a HUGE hit at my wedding and its also a beautfiul thing to display in ur home! its a great unique idea instead of [or in addition to] a guest book!
