Has anyone been to the Wedding center in Commack for any of their wedding needs? I only know one person that used them & had a horrible experience.......

FSIL was going to use them for her wedding gown and the bridesmaid dresses but they were so ABSOLUTELY rude when we were there..she changed her mind and we ended up paying a little bit more somewhere else. Our experience was so horrendous there that she would not have been comfortable.
I've only heard bad things aside from my personal experience.

They were awful when I went there. They either ignore you or they're up your ***. Plus, they didn't really have a great selection except for BM dresses.

My girls ordered their BM dresses from there and so far I have no complaints. I didn't find them to be rude or unhelpful. We actually laughed pretty much the entire time we were there.. but thats just my experience this far.

Thanks ladies. I spoke to an acquaintance who went there and she had a horrible experience with the bridesmaid dresses & invitations. Thanks for the info.

I ORDERED MY BRIDESMAID DRESSES THERE...OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD...THEY STAYED PAST CLOSING TO FINISH WRITING UP ALL THE GIRLS ORDERS....THE SERVICE WAS NOTHING SPECTACULAR BUT IT WASNT HORRIBLE EITHER..TO BE HONEST, I ONLY WENT THERE BECAUSE THEY OFFERED THE BEST PRICE ON MY BM DRESSES

i went there last week to try on gowns .. they were fine .. not over and above but nothing id complain about .. than again im not the type to want a sales lady up my butt.. even let me go over the 6 dress max limit lol
going back this weeking to look at bm dresses.. a girl in my bridal party got her last bm dress there had no complaints and even RECOMMENDED them .. hah! oh well we shall see . . .
i am still a bit worried seeing all of their reviews .. but so far so good

I got my dress and the BMs dresses from there. I really have no complaints. Most of the people I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The alterations on my dress and BMs dresses were done very well. I special ordered my BMs dresses in a fabric and color that they don't come in, but they contacted the designer and arranged to have the dresses made in a fabric/color that I wanted - that caused a little confusion in the ordering process, but it got cleared up in a couple of phone calls. When my dress came in there was a tiny little hole in the front of it - they sent it back and the new one was there within a few weeks. The place could definitely use some sprucing up and the owner can be a little pushy (just try to ignore him), but they have a big selection of bridal and BMs dresses and good prices
