Have any you been to the Wedding Center in Commack? Any feedback -- I want to go on Saturday just to try on Bridesmaid and Jr. Bridesmaid dresses but I have been calling for 15 mins and the phone has been busy.![]()
My flower girls went there recently to try on their dresses because they were the only place that carried them, and their mom told me that the saleswomen were horrible! She said they wouldn't help her find the dresses and wouldn't answer her about how far in advance she should order the dresses unless she committed to buying them from there. There are a lot of other great places in that area where you can have a better experience.
they are miserable nasty people over there...if u wanna go try stuff on fine but i would in NO WAY give them business!! they were so rude to me there and the one time i went back to look thru dresses they were trash talking other brides right in front of us!! check out helens bridal in wedding WORLD its like 3 minutes from wedding center in commack they dont have as big of a selection but they are awesoem to deal with
i didnt like them either. I did like though how they had a lot, that I could look at, then come home and order online
I ordered my bm dresses from there with NO problems at all and I was very satisfied with the price, selection, and time (they came in quick!) Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Saturday's are probably the worst days to go. They're super busy and not helpful. Overall, I had a good exprience with TWC
The first time I went there I thought they were so nice and helpful I couldn't understand all the bad reviews on this site. The second time I went it completely validated all the bad reviews, the woman helping us was a nasty hoebag, and I'm being overly generous calling her that.

i would never buy anything there but thats MO....I went to look there and whenever i would ask about favors or a MOB dress they wouldnt answer me with what i asked they would be like do you have your photographer yet? .....Did I ask you about photography? no i asked you a bout a dress....that makes me mad...dont try to sell me something i didnt ask for. turned me off right away
