But I know this place raises a lot of mixed opinions so this is just my feelings based on a few bad experiences I had.

NAY! I went there to try on gowns and i felt like i needed a tetnus shot on the way home! The sales woman also didnt listen to me. What part of 'NO STRAPLESS' didnt she understand. I understand you can add straps to every dress but strapless is just not something i wanted for myself. All she kept bringing me was STRAPLESS! UGH!

Uhhh That would be a BIG HUGE FAT NAY!!!

I had to get a BM's dress there for my friends wedding, and they ordered me a size 28 dress!!!! When I tried it on they all exclaimed 'OH IT LOOKS SO GOOD ON YOU!' I then gave them my patented you effin kidding me Jane face and lifted up my arms and the top fell to the floor. My response was 'Oh yea you think??' 'you think I could get away with this the day of?' Needless to say I did not get my dress altered there. It just pissed me off because I could have easily saved myself $40 with a size 16 dress...but noooo they have to stroke, stroke, stroke! STAY AWAY!

to go and try on a bunch of things? YAY!!

to actually order from? eeehhh...

my SIL had a great experience with them with bridesmaid dresses for her daughters when her bro got married this past year...

but I never really liked the service i received there.

Customer service is each time ive gone...HORRIBLE..

Ive tried twice and each time was a horrible experience. I think they are able to cut their prices to make up for the horrible service! Maybe they should pay their employees a little more $ so they're not always so miserable !

YAY!!

I ordered from there and got a GREAT price. My bm's dresses came in early and I had no problems with them. They are not the friendliest or most helpful, but I wanted somewhere that I could look without being pushed into a decision. It was perfect.

We did take the dresses elsewhere to be altered.
