Wedding Ceremony
How many of you are having a ceremony VS mass? How many readings are you having at your ceremony?
I am hoping we can have 4 at our ceremony because I have some people who I would like to include in our wedding that is not a part of the wedding party.
Andy ideas on how I can incorporate them??

I am just having a ceremony, not a full mass and the priest said I need 3 readers. Maybe you could have someone hand out the programs.

I'm having a mass but in the Greek church there isn't readers. But when my FSIL got married she had 4 readers that weren't in the bridal party and she asked them about 3-4 months before the wedding. My sister did the same thing for her wedding. At the rehearsal night was when everyone practiced what they had to do.

I am having a full mass, and have 3 readers (1st reading, 2nd reading, and prayer of the faithful) but you can also include people by asking them to bring up the gifts if you are having a full mass.

We are having a ceremony and it's 2 readings plus the prayer of the faithful. So you could probably do 3. The gospel reading is done by the priest.

Just a marriage ceremony. Actually the priest encouraged this, basically saying he is tired of wedding guests not appreciating the holiness of a full mass. I get it!I have been wondering about readers myself. He never mentioned how many we are allowed. I am hoping for only two.
