wedding ceremony location

Me again, ui, I am asking too many questions

My FH and I will have a civil ceremony (small as in 16 people total) this year and we have not picked the location yet. The officiant suggested places but maybe you can also help since you're all from different places.
We wanted to have something outdoors, a park, near the water maybe...but if it is raining in September we have to go for indoors. Any idea about places that have a beautiful outdoor site and indoor site (just in case the weather is bad) ?

I would have said on top of Mt. Taurus but that would at least rule out his family since they are not exactly hiking people.

I originally wanted to have my ceremony at the Fire Island Lighthouse, but we had to move the reception location and it's too far away. I think it's beautiful. And if it rains they let you have it inside. It's worth checking out.
