So we have received some checks from people that aren't coming to the wedding, but they are written out to Mr & Mrs. my question is how do I deposit these? Do I sign with my current name and the bank will deposit these? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!!
I had a similar problem when we got checks for our engagement party made out to both my & FH's name...we took them to the bank, spoke to a banker (not a teller, the other folks who sit at a real desk), explained th situation and they approved the checks to be depostied. I think if you explain it to someone, they'll help you out.
