FH and I are getting married in a ceremony on the beach in the hamptons in September. I would love to do the color scheme Navy/Yellow. Do you think I should go with a lighter blue? The bridesmaids would be wearing navy, I just want to make sure it is appropriate for a beach wedding!
I'd do a lighter blue, but is it Day or Night time???... if it's night maybe the darker blue.
I'd do navy blue, I just was at J crew in the city yesterday at their bridal store, they have a lot of summery bridal party dresses in navy blue..

I actually think Navy is better. With the yellow it gets a little bright... someone I know had yellow and light blue flowers. It was beachy but a little too much in my opinion.
I like the navy, i think it is so nautical!
navy! i love light blue and yellow together, but there's just something about the deeper blue on clothing that seems more special and elegant.
