So I am ready to start looking into florists but before I start meeting with any I would like to have my colors picked. I know I want my bridesmaids in tea length dark purple dresses but I don't necessarily want a lot of purple in the flowers. Does anyone have any suggestions for colors? Also please let me know of any good florists. TIA!

My girls are in dark purple dresses as well and they will be carrying light green bouquets. I think we're planing on using mostly green orchids, mini light green hydrangea and roses.

you dont need to know the colors for your first appointment....
i just went over the kind of flowers i was looking for... she told me about the prices...
i did a lot of searching for boks and i found one that i loved... i brought it at our next appiontment and thats when we went over colors

I am doing blush, ivory and gold. Here are my flowers I am doing peonies
I am doing short dark purple BM dresses too..and I am doing a bok for them similar to this one..
I have changed my mind on a color for the BM flowers a hundred times..this however is what I am loving now.
My flowers as well as the centerpieces will be all white (that im pretty certain of) I am only having the girls with the purplely-pink bc it makes a nice contrast and a pop of color for the summer

i just met with 2 florists over the weekend, and i am so confused with what i want . my bms will be in eggplant, and i wanted to keep the colors lighter, with NO purple. i am thinking of doing hydrangangas (sorry for spelling it totally wrong) with roses (white) and green-ery. but im soo indecisive so well see how many times this changes!

if it helps any..my girls are wearing a deep purple it looks like eggplant. I originally did not want them to have purple flowers and I wanted them to have very light flowers but then when I went to my florist I picked he told me it would just pop to have them with all different shades of purple and fusha. I am having a summer wedding so it also brightens things up a bit bc the dresses are dark.
