i cant seem to figure out what i want the 'whole picture' to be.. i know i want something traditional-ish and classic with touches of fun-ness lol but i cant decide on colors.. or what is appropriate for july.. if you are having a July wedding what colors/bridesmaids dresses are you going with? or if you were to get married in july what would you pick?
i know everyone says 'anything goes' now but my family is a little traditional..
please post ANY pics of flowers/colors and bridesmaids dresses!!!

u can do pink n purple flowers with black dresses or u can do a lav dress with that 1st bqt n make ur flowers soft pinks n lavs i love that 1st bqt

we are having a june wedding and i am having slate grey BM dresses and fuschia flowers. Those aren't your typical colors but i don't care really. My mom is kinda against them because they are traditional. but I think you should pick what you want. My MOH is getting married in July 2010 and is having black BM dresses but not sure what color flowers yet.

im getting married in june and having blk dresses and prob bight vibrant colors for their bqts... like pinks purrples orange nice exotic colors and in my RH im having all white since my theme is blk n white
im doing a lil traditional and a lil non lol

my main ball room has a lot of ivory and gold going on. so i think im gonna accent that with hot pink and dark pink centerpieces and accents. as for BM dresses....they are either going to be gold, ivory/champagne, or a raspberry color. i think the raspberry will be most flattering on most skin tones and hair color so im leaning towards that. and then the GM will have matching ties. etc.
i saw a color combo of taupe and fuschia in a bridal catalog that looked really elegant.

I am a June bride and I am doing black BM dresses with hot pink flowers. I really love the color combo and with black dresses pretty much anything goes!!!!

thanks everyone.. i really like the idea of black BM dresses.. i might just pick a designer and fabric and let the BMs pick whatever dress they want as long as its long.. i also LOVE this..

I really love the first flowers (purple) that you posted. I think they could go with the dress you posted (beautiful btw) or even a lilac dress.. pretty!!! Let us know what you decide.

HA! of coarse youre doing champagne! i would love to also but some of my girls are pale and i think it would wash them out too much.. unless i pick a darker shade of champagne! thanks!!

i havent decided.. but i DO NOT want to wear pure white.. probably ivory.
