That is so crazy! How could the staff not notice him when he walked into the building?? I'm so sorry you have to deal with this...

Oh and the video gets automatically wiped after two weeks so I can't viewed the security tapes myself.
So they knew there was an issue at the wedding and didn't save the tapes? Thats BS , I think the only way you will find out is if the cards in question contained checks & they go to cash them.I hope people send you new checks and it was a worker not a guest, either way how sad that someone could stoop so low.

When you saw him walk across everybody, was it towards/in/ around the suite? Don't just suck it up! Call the police and let them know this story. They have a record of this guy, and you have new evidence!!! Just see what they say. And tell that whole group to cancel/put a stop/trace if they wrote checks.

I am so sorry that is terrible. Thank you for sharing your story. I met people will be more cautious with their things now. I am personally happy you shared your story because the Riviera was one of the final choices. We ended up not going there because my fiance thought it was dirty.

Re: Wedding Crasher - what do I do?
I watched the video again with the inlaws last night. We spotted the crasher at least 3 more times. At one point he's just bopping away on the dancefloor and at another point he's getting chased across the dancefloor by security. All I can do is laugh at this point. I mean wth?!

I could be wrong but didnt The Riviera had a problem before? All the brides were losing money from the bridal suite?
This is not the first time it happens there. Def. call and make sure you get some money back.

Sorry but you just made me laugh with that one. I could only imagine your expression when you see him on video booping around on the dance floor. Definatly a memory.

This. I have heard horror stories about this place. The decor and ambiance is nice. But I heard rumors that the staff (family owned) may be to blame for items that go 'missing' from the bridal suite. Too many bad reviews made our decision NOT to book Riviera an easy one.
Don't let it go. Review your contract with them to see if anything like this was covered. Make sure a report is on file with the police and send in any evidence you have. Notify the banks for any checks that were compromised to see if they can help.
