I want to surprise my mom and dedicate and dance with her at my wedding...anyone have any suggestions for good song choices,,,from me to her...we are very close and I would love to honor her on my special day.

I used The Wind Beneath My Wings. It's always been my song to my mommy. If u've never really paid attention to the lyrics in the verses, they're BEAUTIFUL. i have a really close relationship with my mom..so this song says it perfectly about how she's given me so much, and never once asked for praise even though she entirely deserves it.

I suprised my mom with this song too. We both cried like babies. it was such an emotional and sentimental moment. Great song!

do you realize by the flaming lips. not sure how universal it is, but that's what i'm doing.

ETA: i thought of the one my cousin did w/ her mom and it was perfect. because you loved me (celine dion)

I love this song but, itis used in my family for those that have passed on, so I'll be making a deadication to my dad and family memebers that have passed to Wind Beneath My Wings. My mom is deciding on what she wants.....

that's a good one too. it must have been a moving dance!

I loooove you Raise Me Up, but my mom was not really feeling it, so we picked 'My Girl' she's a big Temptations fan, and it was a very sweet moment
