Wedding Date on the night of..

a full moon...good idea? or no?
there are 2 dates i am partial too one is June 7th 09 (full moon)

and

Sept. 6th which is Labor Day wknd!

ugh

i really wanted Sept but i dont want it have it on LD and ppl not show up or reply no because of vacations

id def choose the full moon over labor day!!! it'll look awesome and then ur not restrictin people from goign away

just realized that would be a sunday night with no holiday the day after but i still think its better than a holiday weekend

We're doing the 6th (labor day weekend). It worked for us (and hopefully our guests) because a lot of FH's family is from out of town. So it gives them the next day for travel.
We're just planning on sending out our STDs and invites a bit earlier then usual so that people haven't made their vacation plans yet.

Full Moon is amazing. In fact, at my hall, the BM told me I should choose a date on a full moon because it looks amazing over the water. Plus, June 7th is the day before my birthday and that is a great day.

But....my brother got married over Labor Day weekend of this year and lots of people came. The people who want to be there, will be there. Just send out your save the dates a year in advance so people can plan accordingly.

You are so lucky! Lou told me that the CLM looks awesome with a full moon. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a Saturday close to my date that had a full moon!
