Re: Wedding Day
I am having Filet mignon wrapped in a a butterless puff pastry with mushroom bordelaise sauce. Its one of the reasons I booked the Harbor Club! FH is going to have Roasted Duck with Plum Sauce over seasoned vegetables.
Food is soooooo important, especially since I will probably be too nervous to eat like the whole week before the wedding!

Re: Wedding Day
I never thought about it! I used to work as a waitress in a catering hall and the bride and grooms food was almost never touched!

Re: Wedding Day
I think they should too! Although once I was glad they didn't- I forgot to serve them the pasta course!! Thank goodness they did not notice!
Another funny side story- I once had a partner that dropped a gravy boat RIGHT in front of the bride- gravy all over her dress! She was ****ed!

Re: Wedding Day
Allure-- we went to the food tastng this past week & the food was to die for. My FH is very picky and not only did he eat all his food, but he asked if he could finish my plate as well! He never did that before!

Re: Wedding Day
I had a good time working there! It was a lot of young people- we had fun. I worked there a couple of years after High School and my HS had the prom there. (I called in sick that day)
