Is anyone providing transportation for hotel guests? Any recommendations? It can get costly, but I feel better knowing they're safe! I would hook them up with the Syosset taxi company, but they drive worse than ANYONE! lol. My hotel doesn't have shuttle service. What is everyone doing?
Well, thankfully I'm in NYC, so public transportation is available for my guests...we aren't doing anything on top of that.
My hotel pulled the free transportation. Since we don't have it budgeted, we're trying to have cabs waiting at the end of the reception. The hall is only 3 miles away from the hotel, so it shouldn't be a costly ride.
We used our limo company - they had a shuttle bus, kind of like the ones at the airport that take you to your rental car. I wanted to rent a trolley or something but they had weird regulations in Westchester regarding who can/can't operate charter buses. I know that Backinneyork used a bus company and the bus was huge and VERY nice inside and out.
