OK this may sound stupid but what color can we wear and go away with on a honeymoon that wont turn yellow?? I REALLY dont want to be polishing my nails on my honeymoon!! I cant tell you how many times I've done french manicures that turn yellow in the summer with the sun & salt water. Suggestions?? What are you guys doing?

My nails were painted ice blue (a silvery blue color) and held up very well on my honeymoon for two weeks

if you go to a good salon they shoulod ahve a uv top coat that wont turn yellow

Definitely ask for a UV top coat or check out a beauty supply place to buy one yourself for them to put on!! I think I am going to forego the french and just do Essie's 'Sugar Daddy' for my wedding day! Then again, I have 90 days to change my mind!!

I had permanent french nails but I put Cake Walk from OPI on over it and it looked really pretty and lasted the whole honeymoon.

I wore OPI's Tutti Fruitti Tonga. It's my favorite manicure color anyway, I like pale on my hands and bright on my feet, generally. Anyway, it's somewhere between beige, pink and peach, with some shimmer. I wore it last week on my honeymoon and it didn't change color all week. Make sure you have both a bottom and top coat, also.
