Morgan Park in Glen Cove
you can try DeSevetsky Center at NYIT if they are not booked and the same goes for Oheka.
Also- Port Washington has a nice docking area
Douglaston Country Club
Bar Beach in Roslyn
I don't know what it's called but, there is a gorgeous little park in Sea Cliff right by the water (it's across the street from Sans Sousi so you can google it).
I don't know how much time you have but Botanical Gardens?
Nassau County Museum of Art

I'm pretty sure you can call the Garden City Recreation Department about the gazebo.

I had my photos taken at the Garden City Gazebo - it's free, you don't need a reservation, and decorated beautifully. It's located across from the Fire Department. Just show up on your day and start taking pictures.
