Ceremony is at 3:00 what time should I have the photographer at my house? Then what time for makeup artist? I have 6 BMs getting makeup (30 min each) and then myself (1 hour). Just can't seem to get the math right.
What's your timeframe? Thanks!

Our ceremony is at 3pm. I want to get there at 2pm. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Leonard's from the house. The limo is picking us up at 1pm.

I am getting married at 5:00pm. This is my schedule.
9:00am - start hair (2 hrs to do mine w/extensions) Vicky, my make-up/hair person is brining an assistant and suggested to me when I wanted to start at 11:00am, that it wasn't enough time. She said that I would have a lot of interruptions with phone calls, flower delivery, etc. Things that I didn't take into consideration.
I have BM's getting hair done too.
Photographer is coming at 1:00pm Limo coming at 2:00pm Picking up guys by 2:30pm. Taking pictures and then to the church by 4:30 -4:45. 5:00pm ceremony

Ask the make-up artist what time depending on when the photographer will arrive.....different artists work within different timeframes.... also if your m/u artist brngs a 'helper' for moms, grandmas, aunt, BP...whatever...this will also affect her arrival time. ok, then the photographer should come about 2 hours before, and then the limo should be there about 1/2 hour before. ETA: make sure your flowers are delivered before the photographer arrives...or it will be a bit chaotic.
